 > ANDI (Advanced Nuclear Damage Inspection)™
ANDI employs AI analysis to identify scratches and dents on metal cans in areas that are unsafe for human access. It rapidly processes hundreds of hours of video, significantly reducing time taken and enhancing inspection reliability.

 > Drum Sight 3D™
This innovative tool uses deep learning techniques to generate precise 3D models of 500-litre drums based on camera data. Drum Sight 3D excels in environments where human entry is not feasible, offering a robust solution for detailed visualisation and analysis.

 > MSSS Wall Inspection & Radiometric Characterisation Robot
The MSSS robot is a state-of-the-art system that inspects walls for cracks. It uses sophisticated data science processing techniques to stitch hundreds of high-resolution images to create super high-definition wall visuals while simultaneously matching radiometric data. 

Our Innovation Initiatives

Cerberus Nuclear also fosters innovation itself by funding projects that advance nuclear software and AI capabilities. Some of our key initiatives include:
 > Cyclone
Initially developed to streamline Monte Carlo calculations, Cyclone has evolved into a comprehensive model visualisation and data management suite. It is now commercially available online through our subsidiary, Orthrus Software.
> Cyclone Sage
Cyclone Sage is a revolutionary AI assistant designed to help users create MCNP (Monte Carlo N-Particle) input decks from simple natural language instructions, accelerating model preparation and reducing errors. Its has been presented at ANS24 & ANS25 and is currently in testing with rollout planned for 2025.
> CARTA
CARTA uses AI to predict the effective neutron multiplication factor (k-eff) for criticality safety analyses. Using millions of Monte Carlo simulations, CARTA offers highly accurate predictions, which are integrated into desktop and VR environments to enhance operator training in fissile material processing.
> Tempest
In collaboration with Orthrus Software, we are developing Tempest, a next-generation Monte Carlo code for radiation transport simulations. Tempest integrates native CAD geometry directly, eliminating the need for CSG conversion or complex meshing. This innovation improves simulation accuracy and significantly reduces radiation modelling time.
