Cerberus Nuclear is small, welcoming company, and our success is predicated on the technical excellence of our team. We strive to create job roles that are tailored to the individual’s strengths and aspirations. We build these roles over a period of time, identifying formal training, client projects and internal development projects in relevant areas. Our goal is that talented individuals should be able fulfil their short and long-term careers aspirations within the company.
“Our mission is to provide high quality technical solutions with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We achieve this by being an exemplary employer of talented individuals.”. “Talented individuals” can often mean academic excellence, but being a consultancy, we also look for people who can effectively communicate with others. We’re a small company that places a lot of freedom and responsibility on our employees, so we are looking for people who are self-motivated, and can frequently exceed expectations.
Cerberus Nuclear has always supported remote working, although we have an office in Warrington for those that wish to use it, and there are opportunities to visit client sites across the UK and abroad. We work hard to ensure our salaries are favourable when compared against the wider industry, with progression based on ability rather than ‘time served’. In order to distinguish ourselves from other consultancies, we offer full transparency on the financial aspects of your employment, in terms of charge out rates, employment and overhead costs so that you’ll always be able to see that we offer a fair deal.
Other standard terms include:
0h
working week, with no expectation of working overtime
0%
An end of year bonus up to an additional 10% of base salary based on personal and company performance
0%
An employer contribution of 10% base salary to pension
0days
annual leave, increasing by one day each year, up to a maximum of 30 days (in addition to bank holidays)
A growing package of employee benefits, such as bike, car and tech salary sacrifice schemes, an ongoing company EMI scheme (in which employees can become part owners of the company), Comprehensive Medical Insurance, team social events, etc.
